NextUp’s Kanban System Design (KSD) is a highly interactive two-day class accredited by Kanban University. It provides a detailed look at using Kanban to deliver faster and drive continuous improvement. Students will become familiar with the fundamentals of Kanban by participating in an engaging and collaborative board game in which teams will compete to maximize value by optimizing workflow. The class, which also includes elements of lecture and classroom discussion, will challenge students to develop and refine their own Kanban to drive decisions and improve performance in their work.
Students can claim 14 Project Management Institute (PMI)® Professional Development Units (PDUs) which can be applied to Project Management Professional (PMP)® and PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® certifications.
Upon completion of the class, students will receive a certificate of completion. In order to receive the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) credential, students must complete the second course in the Kanban University foundations track: Kanban Systems Improvement (KSI).
PMI, PMP and PMI-ACP are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc.
