This class explores the definition, utility, and application of Agile leadership, as well as the mindset, knowledge, and awareness needed to serve Agile teams as a direct leader. Students explore the impact of organizational structure on business Agility, conceptualize the flow of value across an organization, and learn how to apply an empirical approach to organizational change management. Our Certified Agile Leadership for Organization Leaders training is a highly interactive experience. Participants will apply Agile leadership fundamentals, scaling, and teaming principles to the dynamics of their own organization.
Certification
Upon successful completion of this course, students will acquire the Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) and Certified Agile Leadership for Organizations (CAL-O) credentials. These certifications are governed and maintained by the Scrum Alliance.
