Certified Agile Leadership (CAL-E & CAL-T)

In NextUp’s two-day Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) course, students will complete our Scrum Alliance accredited Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) and Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) curriculums. This training explores the definition, utility, and application of Agile leadership, and the specific considerations of mindset, knowledge, and awareness needed to serve Agile teams as a direct leader. Our CAL training is a highly interactive experience; participants will apply Agile leadership fundamentals, scaling, and teaming principles to the features and dynamics of their own organization.

Certification

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be credentialed as Certified Agile Leaders (CALs). The certification is governed and maintained by the Scrum Alliance.
