Certified Agile Leadership (CAL-E & CAL-T)

In NextUp’s two-day Certified Agile Leadership course, students will complete our Scrum Alliance credentialed Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) and Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) curriculums. This training explores the definition, utility, and application of Agile leadership, and the specific considerations of mindset, knowledge, and awareness needed to serve Agile teams as a direct leader. The Certified Agile Leadership course is a highly interactive experience; participants will apply Agile leadership principles, scaling, and teaming principles to the features and dynamics of their own enterprise.

Upon completion of this course, students will be credentialed as Certified Agile Leaders (CALs).

This course also allows the students to claim 14 Project Management Institute (PMI) Professional Development Units (PDUs) which can be applied to Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certifications as well as 16 Scrum Educational Units (SEUs) with the Scrum Alliance.

Who Should Attend

NextUp’s Certified Agile Leadership course is great for executives and managers whose goal is to create Agile teams and lead the Agile transformation internally. Leaders will use the real-world examples in class and hands-on team exercises to understand the cultural shift that is required in an Agile transformation.
